Our Team

Jillian Geer, M.Ed., BCBA, LABA

Founder, Director

With 20 years of experience in the special education field, Jillian created Turning Gears with the goal of building something truly client centered.

At an early age, Jillian discovered her passion for education. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of roles both as a Special Education teacher and a BCBA in both home and center settings. She has worked with children from early intervention through transition planning, giving her a wide range of experience with clients ages 1 through 22.

Jillian oversees all clinical and business operations at Turning Gears. She provides supervision to all BCBAs and clinical staff, and maintains her own caseload of clients. She strives to provide exceptional clinical care while maintaining a welcoming and supportive environment for staff and families.
